After 12 years, it still looks good.

As a kid I thought they looked cool. And fun. And the front looks like it has fangs and that is just badass.
But how were they as vehicles I wonder? Did they perform?

" The VehiCROSS was highly regarded for its cross-terrain performance. It combined a computer-controlled AWD system for on-road driving and a locked-differential low-gear 4WD system for off-road driving. The Japanese version offered a 2WD non "TOD or 4WD TOD option. The US-only constant 4WD TOD, with 12 independent sensors for detecting wheel spin and capable of redirecting power to the wheels with the most traction, gives the VehiCROSS a high level of traction on wet and icy roads. It also has a high level of performance for its height. While possessing on-road nimbleness, its body-on-frame truck construction, suspension and 4WD gearing make it very capable off-road."

The last time I was in San Juan I saw a yamaha rhino doing 55mph down the highway.
Anyone who says "this US state is the worst for drivers" NO, You haven't seen terrifying driving until you've been to PR!
Rainforests on horseback were cool though
I got off topic
I bet that isuzu still has its swaglicious recaros in good shape

Unfortunately your off topic is true! If you were raised driving here and then visit the states, you notice the difference in politeness and normalcy in transit behavior. Every single day I see people turning left or right in the freeway without turning lights, flying by the side of the freeway to cut through traffic jams and honking at cars that are waiting at a red light to make them pass it and violate the law so they can do it too ... It's crazy out here.
Even Justin Timberlake made the news by criticizing the islanders driving habits:
“Side note to PR: You have beautiful beaches, delicious food, and amazing people. But, you’re not known for your driving skills,” Timberlake tweeted.

On a side note, the last time I was in san juan, I saw a Dinan tuned M5 rolling through the streets, THAT was unexpected as fuck!
I also ate at a burger king to use the free wifi so I could work on some of my homework as I was missing class while I was on vacation

[insert chiding comment about taking pictures while driving]
There's a lady in town that's got a silver one with a red and black interior. It's amazing.

I hate Burger King... Except their delicious Whopper.

Do you know the two step potato-maneuver?
First step: Spot car.
Second step: While never keeping your eyes away from the road , aimlessly point potato and start shooting everywhere.
The process of sorting out good pictures or worse, not getting any good pictures at all is very frustrating, but safety comes first and... there's always next time right?
